My Future Job

I always liked to work. I got my first job when I was 15, and given the fact that I am still a student, I can only apply for jobs during summertimes. The ones I like most are office jobs; I like the idea of having a cup of coffee every morning as I organize plenty of paperwork, and if I can do that listening to music simultaneously and having lots of tiny «post it» stickers on my desk, it is even better (I love the «post it» stickers!). I honestly feel lucky to be studying Architecture because someday it could give me a good opportunity to have a decent office job. I hope a big company hire me full time once I am done with college. It can be either that, or start my own business, who knows, a degree gives you automatically plenty of possibilities. Start my own thing is something that I have been thinking a lot in the past few months; a close friend who is studying Engineering told me about starting an association once we finish our studies. I think that is a great idea, and I am sure we could achieve that goal if we just commit to it. How amazing it would be If I get to travel because of my work! I think it is incredible when the job you love at the same time gives you the chance of getting to know new places. However, if this does not happen, it is no big deal; I could meet new places on vacations. I personally feel the salary you receive or make from your job is not so important while it provides you enough money to live a peaceful life; one where I do not need to be worried about debts or that kind of stuff. I do not intend to have a luxury life, that is not one of my aspirations. I just aim at quality life. In the future, I would like to try a job where I can design buildings; that is one of the things that I like the most about this course. In addition, I would like to try giving Architecture classes.
